A small car travels at a constant speed around the circular race track shown in Figure 5, starting and finishing at Point A. The track has a radius of 70 metres and it takes 20 seconds to complete the journey. (Take π as 22/7 and circumference = 2πr, where r is the radius.)

Find the average speed of the car.
