You are provided with apparatus and materials including water, beaker, boiling tube, buffered sodium hydrogen carbonate solution, lamp, paperclip, pondweed, ruler, stopwatch, and a thermostatically regulated water-bath (40 °C, 50 °C, 60 °C) to investigate the effect of temperature on the rate of photosynthesis.
