An experiment investigated factors causing iron corrosion (rusting) in three parts (A, B, C). Three shiny new iron rods were placed in containers and treated as follows for two days: Part A: Boiled water, sealed container. Part B: No water, sealed container. Part C: Water present, open container.

Explain the observations expected for EACH part.
