CAPE Physics Unit 2 · 2005 · Paper 1 · Question 9(b)(ii)

A radioactive source emitting alpha, beta and gamma radiation is placed in a magnetic field directed into the page. A Geiger-Muller tube moves along a circular path from position A to position B.

Show on Figure XI the region where gamma radiation would be detected.
