T cells are a type of white blood cell called lymphocytes. T cells, like phagocytes, also destroy pathogens but in a specific manner. Figure 10 shows the results of a study that was conducted to compare HIV viral load (VL), T helper cells (CD4) and T killer cells (CD8) under natural and therapeutic conditions.

State ONE suitable conclusion that can be made based on the results shown in Figure 10. You MUST give a reason to support your conclusion.
