Heart disease can be detected early via screening and the effects slowed through the adoption of appropriate lifestyle modification. Lifestyle modification prevents the progression of heart disease and ultimately mortality from heart disease or associated vascular diseases. Figure 11 shows the mortality rates for heart disease in Country X, from 2005 to 2014.

Discuss TWO biological consequences of the progression of heart disease in Country X. Your response for EACH consequence MUST include one social issue and one possible economic issue that would arise if initiatives are not put in place to mitigate the progression of heart disease. You MUST present your response in complete paragraphs.
