In the diagram, DEF is a tangent to the circle ABCE, with centre O. Angle BEF is 38°. The diagram shows a circle with center O, points A, B, C, E on the circumference. DEF is tangent at E. Lines OB, OE, OC, OA, AB, BC, CE are drawn. Angle BEF is marked 38 degrees.

Calculate, giving reasons for your answers, the size of angle BCE.
