The concentration of a sodium hydroxide solution was determined using thermometric titration with a strong acid. A procedure was followed: 25 cm³ of NaOH solution was transferred to a styrofoam cup, initial temperature recorded, then 5 cm³ aliquots of H₂SO₄ (0.10 M) were added from a burette, stirred, and temperature recorded, repeating until 30 cm³ of H₂SO₄ was added. Figure 1 shows thermometer readings after additions of 5 cm³, 15 cm³, and 25 cm³ of H₂SO₄.

Using the thermometer readings in Figure 1, on page 5, complete Table 1 by recording the temperatures for the additions of 5 cm³, 15 cm³ and 25 cm³ of H₂SO₄.
