Clement contracts with Lydia to mow her lawn for 2 000.00. Upon finishing, Clement demands 4 000.00 claiming increased difficulty. When Lydia objects, Clement threatens to poison her dog. Lydia drops $4 000.00 on her garden table, which Clement pockets before leaving. Lydia contacts the police, who arrest Clement.

Explain whether a charge of larceny by intimidation against Clement is likely to succeed.
