Clement contracts with Lydia to mow her lawn for 2 000.00. Upon finishing, Clement demands 4 000.00 claiming increased difficulty. When Lydia objects, Clement threatens to poison her dog. Lydia drops $4 000.00 on her garden table, which Clement pockets before leaving. Lydia contacts the police, who arrest Clement.

Explain whether, by pocketing the additional sum of $2 000.00, Clement can be found guilty of appropriation.
