Awards were given for Mathematics or Science. 36 students received awards in either Mathematics or Science. 6 students received awards in BOTH Mathematics and Science. 2x students received awards for Mathematics only. x students received awards for Science only. U = {all the students in the class}, M = {students who received awards for Mathematics}, S = {students who received awards for Science}.
