A car moves from A towards C with a constant velocity of 30 m s⁻¹. The driver sees an obstruction at C as the car passes A. Due to reaction time, the car travels 27 m at the same velocity to B before brakes are applied. The car then decelerates uniformly to a halt at C, which is 54 m from B.
If the mass of the car is 750 kg, find the braking force that slows the car between B and C.
