CSEC Mathematics · Question 3(b)(i)

A sports club owns a field PQRS, a quadrilateral. A scale diagram (1 cm = 10 m) is provided. The field is to be divided with a fence from P to side RS, such that each point on the fence is equidistant from PQ and PS. Show all construction lines.

Using a straight edge and compasses only, construct the line representing the fence.

The mark scheme is shown once you've answered.
