A sports club owns a field PQRS, a quadrilateral. A scale diagram (1 cm = 10 m) is provided. The field is to be divided with a fence from P to side RS, such that each point on the fence is equidistant from PQ and PS. Show all construction lines.

Write down the length of this fence, in metres.
