In Baroniah, the Police Service Commission (PSC) suspends the Commissioner of Police (COP) for over a year, and subsequently removes him without a hearing. John, a former police officer whom the COP had previously recommended for removal, was a member of the PSC during both decisions.

Advise the COP whether he can challenge the lawfulness of his suspension and removal from office.
