Actual results for the finishing department for the year ending December 31, 2001 show manufacturing overhead cost of 12,500,000, direct manufacturing labour cost of 6,700,000, and 52,000 machine hours.

Calculate the under or over allocated manufacturing overhead for the finishing department using the predetermined rate calculated in (a) and the information above.
