A police car tyre had a fixed mass of air at 24°C. The air pressure was 210 KPa above atmospheric pressure. After a high speed chase, the air pressure in the tyre was 260 KPa above atmospheric pressure.
Determine the new temperature of the air in the tyre, assuming no change in the volume. (Atmospheric pressure = 100 KPa).
