CSEC Mathematics · Question 8(b)(iii)

A diagram shows two rectangles, ABCD and GFED. ABCD has an area of 44 cm². GFED has sides 4 cm and 2 cm. AG = EC = 3x cm.

Calculate the perimeter of the UNSHADED region.
