NPK is a common fertilizer containing nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, available in various strengths. Labels for three bags (A, B, C) are provided: Bag A (20:8:14), Bag B (14:14:14), Bag C (10:25:15). Scenario 1: Farmer Brown's tomatoes ripened slowly, with thin, fragile roots. Scenario 2: Farmer George's herbs (parsley, chives, thyme) appeared yellow and limp.

Provide a suitable explanation for your selection in EACH case.
