Clive allows Robert to occupy his beach cottage rent-free during the last two weeks of August annually. Clive returns early from holidays and discovers Alex and his family staying there; Robert has been renting the cottage to Alex for a week during past years.

If Clive requests Alex and his family to vacate, determine whether Alex has any legal entitlement to remain, giving reasons.
