Neville and his sister Elsa are in a dispute over a plot of land left to them by their deceased parents as tenants-in-common. Elsa wants to sub-divide the land to obtain a separate title, but Neville refuses to sign.

Outline briefly what relief will be available from the Court, so that Elsa can assert her right.
