Zamore Ltd manufactures an electronic device through three departments: Forming (45 mins/unit, Grade A, 15.50/hr), Assembling (30 mins/unit, Grade B, 17.20/hr), and Finishing (20 mins/unit, Grade C, $20.30/hr). Production target is 1680 units for the week; standard work week is 35 hours per employee. Forming and Assembling receive a premium bonus of 1/4 of time saved. Finishing receives 1 1/2 hourly rate for overtime. Scott worked 38 hours producing 56 units in Forming. Celia worked 40 hours producing 114 units in Finishing.

Calculate the number of employees required in the Assembling Department to meet the production target of 1680 units.
