The velocity of a transverse wave on a wire stretched between two fixed points is V = sqrt(T/μ), where T is the tension and μ is the mass per unit length. A piano wire is 75 cm long and of mass 7.5 g. The wire is stretched with a tension of 400 N.

Use the equation above to calculate the velocity of a wave along the string.
