A Venn diagram shows the number of students studying History (H) and French (F) in a class of 30 students. The diagram shows 18-x students in H only, x students in H and F, 14-x students in F only, and 5 students outside both sets. U represents the set of all students.

State whether the following relationships are true or false: H U F = U and H ∩ F' = Ø.
