Figure 3 shows a graph of carbon dioxide concentration in the air of a rain forest over a 24-hour period. Data for the graph were obtained from an investigation of the atmosphere over a particular forest. The investigation was based on the fact that the carbon dioxide content of the atmosphere can be accurately measured. (The average carbon dioxide content of the atmosphere is normally about 0.03%.)

Using ALL the available data, describe the changes in carbon dioxide concentration shown in Figure 3.
