In reference to William Shakespeare's 'The Tempest' and the prompt regarding Prospero's portrayal, write an essay in which you describe one instance where Prospero is presented positively and one instance where he is presented negatively. Discuss how his actions affect another character in one of the instances described, and examine one technique Shakespeare uses to heighten conflict in the play.
