Mr Castle opens his historic house to the public with a disclaimer notice stating visitors enter at their own risk, private notices on office doors, and a warning outside building ruins advising visitors of danger and to keep children under control. Mr King's infant son Prince slips away, crawls under a railing at the ruins, falls six feet, and sustains multiple injuries.

Advise Mr Castle regarding his potential liability to Prince, citing the relevant law of a named Commonwealth Caribbean country and providing reasons.
