A solid made from a semi-circular cylindrical base, with a rectangular prism above it. The diameter of the cylindrical base and the width of the rectangular prism are 4 cm each.

Calculate the TOTAL surface area of the solid. [The surface area, A, of a cylinder with radius r is A = 2\pi r^2 + 2\pi r h].
