Police later raid his premises (also his place of worship) after neighbour complaints of noise and roadway obstruction. Anton is also arrested and charged under Section 3 of the Public Utilities Act for unlawful electricity connection, with police seizing wiring from the public supply.

Advise Anton on the role of the Ombudsman in safeguarding him against real or perceived violations of his rights by public officials.
