A motorist starts from point X, travels 100 m due North to point Y at a constant speed of 5 m s⁻¹. Stays at Y for 40 seconds. Then travels at a constant speed of 10 m s⁻¹ for 200 m due South to point Z.

Calculate the average velocity of the whole journey.
