Speed-time graph shows a three-stage journey of a racing car over 60 seconds. During the FIRST stage, speed increased from 0 m/s to 12 m/s in x seconds, accelerating at 0.6 m/s².

What is the gradient of the graph during the SECOND stage? Explain, in one sentence, what the car is doing during this stage.
