An experiment to determine the concentration of sodium hydroxide in g dm⁻³ using thermometric titration with 0.10 M H₂SO₄. Aliquots of 5 cm³ of H₂SO₄ are added to 25 cm³ NaOH in a styrofoam cup, measuring temperature after each addition.
Using the thermometer readings in Figure 1, complete Table 1 by recording the temperatures for additions of 5 cm³, 15 cm³ and 25 cm³ of H₂SO₄.
