Assume the earth is a sphere of radius 6 370 km. The diagram shows a sketch of the earth with the north pole, N, and the south pole, S, labelled. The four arcs on the diagram represent the equator, the Greenwich Meridian, latitude 6°N and latitude 52°N. Sketch the diagram and label the equator.
