Indra hires a contractor, Build-Rite Plus (BRP), to construct her home. An electrician employed by BRP performs careless wiring that injures Indra. Indra dismisses BRP and hires her cousin Johnny to finish the work. Johnny falls asleep while working, and his burning cigarette sparks a fire that damages the adjacent property.
