The Celsius temperature can be calculated from θ = ((E_θ - E_0) / (E_100 - E_0)) * 100 °C, where E_θ, E_0, and E_100 are the respective e.m.f.s at the unknown temperature θ, the ice point, and the steam point.

Use this formula to calculate the temperature when the e.m.f. is 14 mV.
