CAPE Physics Unit 2 · 2011 · Paper 2 · Question 3(b)(iv)

An experiment investigates the intensity C of gamma rays with distance d from source S, where corrected distance is (d - x) and background count rate is 27 counts per minute.

On the graph paper provided on page 11, plot the graph of d against 1 / sqrt(C).
