A cylindrical tank standing on its circular base has a radius of 5 m and a height of 10 m, measured from the inside. (Use \pi = 3.142).

Water is added to the tank so that the TOTAL volume of water is 650\text{ m}^3. Calculate, correct to 1 decimal place, the depth of the water in the tank.
