An experimental setup uses a variable a.c. voltage source, V₁, to drive the primary of a step-down transformer with a turns ratio of 5000:600. A resistor, R = 8 Ω, is connected across the secondary winding. Table 1 shows values for V₂ when V₁ is varied from 0 V to 90 V.
Use the readings from Table 1 to plot a graph of V₂ vs V₁ on the graph page opposite.
