Fact situations involving domestic disputes: Alex touches his licensed gun and threatens his wife Lucy conditionally; Lucy subsequently pushes Alex down the stairs while trying to leave, breaking his arm; Alex's mother Camilla then physically attacks Lucy.

Advise Alex on his criminal liability, if any, for placing his hand on his licensed firearm and stating to Lucy, 'If it were not for my mother, I would blow your head off', citing relevant cases.
