Ravi and Stewart manufacture bleach in a backyard factory without a council licence in breach of an ordinance. Lee agrees to distribute the bleach. An explosion occurs at the factory, injuring Lee's driver. Ravi, Stewart, and Lee are prosecuted for breach of the ordinance and conspiracy.

Advise EACH person (Ravi, Stewart and Lee) on his criminal liability with reference to decided cases.
