A 0.496 g sample of limestone, CaCO3, is dissolved in acidic solution. The calcium ions are precipitated as hydrated calcium oxalate, CaC2O4·H2O, yielding a dry precipitate of mass 0.619 g.

Write the equation for the formation of the dry calcium oxalate precipitate.
