Soil water and other environmental factors, such as light, affect the transpiration rate in plants. Figure 2 shows the influence of four different light intensities on the transpiration rate of the common sage plant. All measurements were conducted at 60 and 75 days after plant installation to the four different light intensities.

Compare the observed differences in transpiration rates at 60 days and 75 days at the highest intensities and lowest intensities.
