Two organic molecules, Compound D and Compound E, are shown. Compound D is H-C(H)(H)-C(H)(H)-C(H)(H)-OH with a double bond O on the middle carbon. Compound E is H-C(H)(H)-C(H)(H)-C(H)(H)-C(H)(H)-OH. Compound D inhibits mould and bacteria growth and is used as a food preservative.

State the name of Compound D.
