Country A has a population of 10 million. In 2002, there were 200,000 births, of which 1,400 died before reaching age one.
Using the formula \text{CBR} = \frac{\text{No. of live births}}{\text{Total Population}} \times 1000, calculate the crude birth rate (CBR) for Country A for the year 2002.
