A Venn diagram shows the number of students in Form 5A who have visited Canada (C) or Dominica (D). The diagram shows 3 students visited Canada only, x students visited both, 10 students visited Dominica only, and 2x students visited neither.

Given that there are 25 students in Form 5A, calculate the value of x.
