Donna posts neighborhood notices and advertises in a local newspaper offering a $1000 reward for the return of her lost dog, Flash, by March 25. On March 23, she decides she no longer wants the dog and publishes a revocation in the newspaper the following day. Evan finds Flash that day and emails Donna claiming the reward and stating where she can retrieve the dog. Donna opens the email on March 26.
