Rasheed owns an apartment building at 15 Bank Lane. During lunch, he tells Dilip he is considering selling it and has an offer of 450,000.00. Dilip offers 500,000.00, and Rasheed verbally agrees ('No problem, consider it sold'). Before any contract is signed, Dilip sends Thomas, his architect, to inspect. Thomas enters a dark basement room marked 'DANGER - DO NOT ENTER' and gets injured by tripping over a boiler.

Discuss the liability of Rasheed and Dilip for the injury sustained by Thomas.
