Tim and Vic hire Wanda's yacht to watch the Annual Regatta and hold a luncheon on board. The day prior, the regatta is cancelled due to the death of the Head of State, and a public holiday is declared for that day instead.

Advise Tim and Vic whether their contract with Wanda is frustrated, referring to at least TWO decided cases.
