An irregular polygon ABCDE is shown in Figure 1 with dimensions AB = 40 mm, BC = 30 mm, AE = 20 mm, ED = 50 mm, and CD = 27 mm, angle EAB = 112.5°, and angle ABC = 105°.

Construct the irregular polygon using compasses and rule only.
