An individual mistakes a bystander from behind for a former girlfriend, approaches, taps them on the shoulder, and kisses their cheek. The bystander reacts by swinging a punch which misses. As the initiator runs away screaming, the bystander chases shouting threatening words. Advise the parties on any liability or claims they may have.
